AMERICAN BLACK ANGUS

The main feature of the Black Angus bred in the United States is that it is extremely tender. The meat is light red in colour, with a thin layer of fat on the outside and excellent marbling, but what interests us most is its particularly delicious, elegant and incredibly succulent flavour. Our selection is Prime grade or sometimes Luxury Prime grade, which is the maximum quality grading available for this meat. Our meat is NHTC certified, which means it is reared free from hormones and antibiotics, especially in the restricted period in which there is no grazing. Cattle are fed with natural feed only, mostly corn and cereals. Given the extremely elegant flavour, we recommend you pair it with a not too structured red wine or a white wine suitable for pairing with high-quality meat such as a Chardonnay.

AMERICAN BLACK ANGUS

"DANISH" is among the most appetising and popular beef in the world. This is mainly due to its flavor, accented by the right proportion of intramuscular fat and the bright red color that distinguishes it, making it the perfect meat par excellence for carnivores; tender but without too intense and deep a flavour and fat in the right places, as a true meat lover prefers. This meat is very popular, but our choice is based on a particular selection born, raised and slaughtered only in some parts of Denmark and only from selected slaughterhouses. We recommend you combine it with a structured red wine.
